For international customers, we are open to discussing alternative dispute resolution methods that may be more convenient.

17. Language of Communication

Our staff are only capable of communicating in English, Thai, and Finnish. We will not respond to any other languages to limit our liability due to translational errors. Repeatedly using languages apart of the aforementioned ones may lead us to block future contact with you. This may include, but is not limited to, geoblocking, IP blocking, call barring, or other actions deemed necessary to block further contact.
